I lowered the temperature inside the house so I can make gumbo today😂 it’s like 100° outside I marinated the chicken with a little mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and seasoned it to taste with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Kfred seasoning. For the gumbo, I used salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Cajun seasoning,starting with a little more than 1 teaspoon of each and adjusting to taste.
